Supreme Court Urged To Take Winston Malpractice Case

Law360, San Francisco (January 10, 2014, 8:07 PM EST) -- The bankruptcy trustee for the Lancelot Investors Fund Ltd. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a Seventh Circuit decision axing his malpractice case against Winston & Strawn LLP, arguing the appeals court wrongly found his claims implausible.
