Del Monte Union Again Asks 11th Circ. To Hear Torture Claims

Law360, Miami (January 17, 2014, 5:58 PM EST) -- Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. said Friday that the Eleventh Circuit should uphold dismissal of seven union leaders' case claiming they were tortured in Guatemala by private security forces hired by the company, arguing that the union leaders find themselves without a forum because of their own strategy.
