Dewey Continues Clawback Spree With $12M Adversary Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2014, 9:48 PM EST) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s trustee hit a former partner with an adversary complaint for nearly $13 million in New York bankruptcy court Friday, claiming the partner continued to receive bonuses and other distributions after the firm’s insolvency based on profits that never materialized.
