Former Akin Gump Head Joins Dallas Boutique Firm

Law360, Dallas (January 13, 2014, 6:09 PM ET) -- The former co-head of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s national litigation practice ended his retirement after just six months, joining the Dallas litigation boutique Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank LLP, where he will focus on securities litigation, the firm announced Monday.
