High Court Won't Mull LMRDA Coverage In Union Porn Case

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 7:54 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to hear a bid to revive a retaliation suit brought against the United Auto Workers by a former worker at a General Dynamics Corp. unit, saying her complaints about union officers watching pornography weren't protected by the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act.
