ABC Affiliate Sued By Ad Agency Over Rate Dispute

Law360, Dallas (January 13, 2014, 8:54 PM EST) -- A Dallas advertising agency on Friday sued a Gannett Corp.-owned affiliate of ABC, alleging the television station encouraged the agency’s largest client, regional nonprofit hospital chain Baylor Health Care System, to find new representation after a dispute with the station over ad rates.
