Boston OKs Status For $1B Casino After Relocation

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 7:17 PM ET) -- After weeks of crying foul on Suffolk Downs and Mohegan Sun's proposed relocation of a $1 billion casino just beyond Boston's borders, city officials on Monday agreed to negotiate a new deal as a surrounding community if host community status is unattainable, according to Massachusetts Gaming Commission documents.
