Subcontractor Sues For Pay On $1.8M Air Force Base Job

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 6:45 PM EST) -- A subcontractor working on U.S. Air Force facilities at a Texas base on Monday sued primary contractor Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Inc. as well as two insurers in federal court, saying after the terms of the $1.85 million subcontract were altered, Satterfield refused to pay for the extra work.
