FTC Nominee OK'd By Senate Panel For 2nd Time

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 2:24 PM ET) -- The Senate Commerce Committee on Monday reportedly gave its second approval of President Barack Obama’s nominee to fill out the Federal Trade Commission, after the nominee failed to get a full vote before the Senate session ended last year.
