Ex-Aeropostale Exec Can't Beat Convictions For $350M Plot

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 6:25 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday denied a convicted former Aeropostale Inc. executive's motion to reverse mail and wire fraud judgments against him, saying the United States government had presented sufficient evidence demonstrating his role in a $350 million kickback scheme.
