Visa Tries To Block Home Depot Suit Over Swipe Fees

Tuesday seeking to bar the hardware store chain from filing its own antitrust suit over an alleged plot to fix credit-card swipe fees, after the retailer opted out of a massive class action settlement over the conspiracy.
