Gazprom Could Still Face Legal Action In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 6:15 PM EST) -- Regulators have continued drawing up a formal complaint against Russia's Gazprom OAO, despite proposals made by the natural gas giant to resolve their concerns that it might have stifled competition in central and eastern Europe, the European Commission's antitrust chief said Wednesday.
