France's Cellectis Accuses Precision Of Infringement

Law360, New York (March 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A French genome-engineering company has alleged that an American biotech is infringing two patents related to materials used to make genome modifications in certain types of organisms, predominantly plants.

Romainville, France-based Cellectis SA filed an infringement suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina against Durham, N.C.-based Precision BioSciences Inc.
