College Board Moves HQ To Manhattan’s Brookfield Place

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 5:23 PM EST) -- The College Board has signed a lease at the newly renovated Brookfield Place, where it plans to move from its current headquarters near Manhattan's Lincoln Center, representatives for Brookfield and the College Board confirmed Thursday.

The education and testing company, which is currently located at 45 Columbus Ave., has inked a deal for 145,000 square feet on the 16th, 17th and 18th floors at 250 Vesey St., according to Matthew Cherry, a spokesman for Brookfield, and Katherine Levin of the College Board.
