Maine Justices Nix Law Firm Bid For Tax Methodology Request

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 7:23 PM EST) -- Maine's Supreme Court ruled Thursday that law firm Preti Flaherty Beliveau & Pachios LLP can't force the state revenue service to turn over documents containing methodologies and calculations it uses when determining income taxes for nonresident individuals in professional partnerships that do business in Maine.
