ITC Relaxes Rules On Ex-Workers Tackling Duty Reviews

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 4:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday relaxed its internal rules to allow former commission employees to represent private clients in five-year reviews of standing import duty orders even if they worked on a prior review in the same case when they worked at the ITC.
