PAC Ordered To Produce Docs On '02 Texas AG Race

Law360, Houston (January 17, 2014, 6:11 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court refused Friday to stop a pair of former state attorney general candidates from looking into whether a political action committee that financed attack ads against them violated state election laws by coordinating with the campaign of eventual victor Greg Abbott.
