High Court To Tackle 1st Amendment Retaliation Fight

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 6:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Friday to hear a challenge to an Eleventh Circuit ruling from a community college worker who was fired after testifying against an ex-Alabama legislator that nixed his retaliation claim and allegedly applied a “uniquely restrictive interpretation” of the First Amendment.
