Conflicts Doom Baker & McKenzie Fee Bid, Rotech Says

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 7:05 PM ET) -- Reorganized Rotech Healthcare Inc. on Friday continued to blast Baker & McKenzie LLP's request for more than $1 million for work on its Chapter 11 proceeding, saying the U.S. trustee’s finding that the firm had a conflict of interest may be the tip of the iceberg and the fee request should be quashed.
