GAO Rejects Protest Of $16M USDA Contract

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office denied a management company's protest of a U.S. Department of Agriculture contract awarded to its rivals, saying the department had evaluated the proposals thoroughly. 

The United Facility Services Corp. had complained that the USDA was careless in not reviewing the full record of the contracted company, Potomac Landscaping.
