7 Company Handbook Items Drawing NLRB Scrutiny

Law360, San Diego (January 24, 2014, 2:43 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board's crackdown on companies' social media policies that violate workers' rights has garnered much attention from employers, but the agency also is more closely examining other rules often found in employment handbooks, such as guidelines on keeping information confidential, being courteous in the workplace and resolving disputes, lawyers say.
