Lucchese Associate Wants More Wiretap Evidence At Trial

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 8:12 PM ET) -- A reputed associate of the Lucchese crime family asked a New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday to compel prosecutors to play the entirety of their wiretap evidence, arguing the unabridged audio will convince jurors he’s innocent of draining $12 million from a now-defunct Texas mortgage lender.
