Toshiba Freed From Okla.'s Claims In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 8:08 PM ET) -- The state of Oklahoma on Wednesday dropped its claims against Toshiba Corp. from multidistrict litigation alleging a conspiracy among electronics manufacturers to fix the prices of liquid crystal display screens, following a series of settlements the state reached with other accused participants in the plot.
