Wis. Gov. Allowed Immunity Plea Over Bankruptcy Disclosure

Law360, Los Angeles (January 22, 2014, 7:06 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Wednesday that Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker hadn't waived his immunity defense over accusations that he violated the constitutional rights of a woman who was due to be appointed as an interim register of deeds before Walker discovered she was bankrupt.
