Ex-NFL Player's Workers' Comp Appeal Nixed By Pa. Justices

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 7:04 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday denied an appeal brought by a former player for the Pittsburgh Steelers challenging a Commonwealth Court ruling that a season-ending injury in 2004 — which represented the last time he took the field professionally — did not result in a loss of earnings.
