DC Circ. Clears FAA Approval Of Offshore Wind Farm Project

Circuit on Wednesday dealt a blow to the town of Barnstable, Mass., in its opposition to the proposed construction of the U.S.'s first offshore wind farm, saying the Federal Aviation Administration properly analyzed the risks of the project on local aviation.
