Facebook, Hulu Targeted In Suits Over E-Directory Patents

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 4:10 PM ET) -- Facebook Inc., Hulu LLC and LinkedIn Corp. were among the companies targeted in a flurry of lawsuits filed Monday in Delaware federal court by Chinook Licensing DE LLC, which has accused the Internet giants of flouting its patent covering the augmentation of online directories.
