Agency Defends Medicaid Contract For South Fla. Counties

Law360, Miami (January 23, 2014, 8:54 PM ET) -- Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration is defending its selection of Prestige Health Choice to provide Medicaid coverage in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties after an administrative law judge concluded the company did not qualify for the contract, the agency confirmed Thursday.
