EPA Will Reconsider 2013 Cellulosic Biofuel Target

Law360, Washington (January 24, 2014, 8:53 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will reconsider its mandated target for the amount of so-called cellulosic ethanol required to be added to the U.S. fuel supply in 2013, in the wake of evidence that industry had not produced enough fuel to meet the target, it revealed Thursday.
