Fraudster Found Guilty In Plot to Kill NY Judge, Prosecutor

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 2:50 PM EST) -- A federal jury on Thursday convicted a jailed Long Island fraudster over a plot to kill a Brooklyn federal judge who convicted him of a boiler room fraud, as well as the prosecutor who brought the case, nearly five months after his accomplice was sentenced to 24 years for conspiracy.
