6th Circ. Won't Rehear Generic-Reglan Injury Claims

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 6:42 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit refused to rehear seven lawsuits alleging drug manufacturers should be liable for serious neurological conditions that users incurred after taking a generic version of digestion medication Reglan, finding Thursday that the users’ claims have already been considered.
