7th Circ. Reverses Boehringer Depo Order In Pradaxa MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (January 24, 2014, 10:20 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday ruled that a lower court in Illinois overstepped its authority in requiring employees of Germany-based Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH to be deposed in the U.S. in personal injury multidistrict litigation over the blood thinner Pradaxa.
