High Court Won't Touch Baker & McKenzie Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 7:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday turned away a bid to revive a former Baker & McKenzie LLP secretary's race bias and retaliation lawsuit against the firm, leaving intact a Seventh Circuit ruling that said her discrimination allegations were time-barred and her retaliation claim was too speculative.
