High Court Won't Take Up Fla. Phosphate Mine Challenge

Law360, Miami (January 27, 2014, 8:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a Florida neurological rehabilitation center's challenge to an environmental permit issued for phosphate mining next to the center.
