United Says Sony's In-Flight Music IP Claims Don't Fly

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 5:09 PM EST) -- United Airlines Inc. urged a New York federal court Friday to pare state law claims from a Sony Corp. unit's suit accusing the airline of ripping off thousands of songs and music videos, arguing that states don't have the authority to regulate in-flight services.
