H&R Block Fights $4M FINRA Award To Former Exec

Law360, New York (March 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- H&R Block Inc. and its financial services unit have asked a federal judge to overturn a nearly $4 million arbitration award issued to a former company executive, arguing that the arbitration panel improperly asserted jurisdiction over his claims and disregarded the law in its decision.
