Merck, Bristol-Myers Settle With Generics Co. Over HIV Drug

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 7:17 PM EST) -- Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. have settled a suit against Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. over allegations that Aurobindo tried to introduce a generic version of HIV medication Sustiva before the drug's patents expire, according to a Friday filing in New Jersey federal court.
