Clinical Trial Regulation Seeks Uniformity Across EU

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 5:25 PM EST) -- On Dec. 20, 2013, the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union released the revised proposal for a regulation, the “Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on clinical trials on medicinal products for human use, and repealing Directive 2001/20/EC,”[1][2] to the European Parliament.
