Calif. Senate Backs Review Of Gambling Issues

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- The California State Senate unanimously approved a bill Monday that would enforce a review of the state's growing gambling industry by creating a gaming policy advisory committee that would look at issues like whether new taxes on gambling should be imposed.
