Judge Who Sold Religious Books In Court Faces Suspension

Law360, Miami (January 29, 2014, 6:01 PM EST) -- A Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission panel on Monday recommended that a Leon County judge be suspended for three months without pay for allegedly interfering with the body's ongoing investigation into the use of her office to promote her private business selling her religious books.
