9th Circ. Won't Revive Challenge To Tribal Casino

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 5:07 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive a challenge to the property and casino gambling rights of a California tribe, saying that the tribe must be a party to the suit and has sovereign immunity rights.
