Commil Wants Vacated $74M Verdict Reviewed By High Court

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 5:00 PM EST) -- Commil USA LLC asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to take on a ruling by the Federal Circuit that vacated a $74 million infringement jury verdict against Cisco Systems Inc., saying the decision created an “unwarranted” new defense to induced infringement.
