Iranians Can Join Building Forfeiture Case, 2nd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 6:23 PM ET) -- Private Iranian individuals and families on Wednesday urged the Second Circuit to overturn a New York federal court’s holding that they lack standing to pursue claims to assets in a forfeiture action brought by the U.S. government against Iran-related entities that own Manhattan’s 650 Fifth Ave.
