Men's Wearhouse Open To Padding $1.6B Jos. A. Bank Bid

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 1:18 PM EST) -- Men's Wearhouse Inc. on Thursday told Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. that it could increase its unsolicited $1.6 billion tie-up bid if allowed to conduct due diligence, piling more pressure onto a reluctant target that has already dismissed two takeover proposals.
