Mich. Supreme Court To Eye Right-To-Work Laws

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 3:10 PM EST) -- The Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear a coalition of labor organizations’ appeal of a ruling that the state's right-to-work laws, enabling workers to opt out of joining unions and paying union dues, can apply to public employees.
