MF Global Auditor Settles Customer Class Action

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 7:12 PM ET) -- A former self-regulatory agency for MF Global Inc. has agreed to a $14.5 million settlement that will allow it to exit a proposed class action alleging it played a role in the brokerage's descent into bankruptcy and accruance of a $1.6 billion shortfall in customer funds.
