Fla. Justices Mull Sublicense Terms In Blood Device IP Row

Law360, Miami (February 6, 2014, 2:30 PM EST) -- A licensee of a blood therapy device embroiled in a breach of contract dispute told the Florida Supreme Court on Thursday that under state law a transfer of a license agreement should be considered a sublicense under certain conditions.
