Fla. High Court Won't Let Hospital Block Records Request

Law360, Miami (January 30, 2014, 6:15 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday quashed a lower court's ruling that limited a medical malpractice plaintiff's discovery request based upon a section of a state law the high court said it had declared invalid in a previous decision.
