Federal Agencies Seek Comment On Volcker Exemption

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2014, 7:04 PM EST) -- Five federal agencies on Friday will initiate a 30-day public comment period on an interim revision to the so-called Volcker Rule, a portion of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that has been highly contested by banks, investors and legislators.
