NY Bar Punts On Protesting New Pro Bono Disclosure Rules

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 3:20 PM EST) -- Delegates to the New York State Bar Association voted Friday to put off passage of a sharply worded resolution opposing controversial new rules requiring lawyers to report their pro bono work and donations, but the issue nevertheless could be headed for the courts or the state Legislature.
